Fished out of a Tube for 20 years. Wanting to get back to the basics. Can any of you folks tell me if Academy, K-Mart, still has them????? Had several of the Black-Ram models back in the day. Round canvas style tube.
Thanks Bittercreek.

Academy might have them. I haven't used anything like that in 10 years. Too slow for me.

Academy only sells one (maybe two) Cadis tubes.
They're really not in the tube business.

I recently bought a Caddis at Academy for $89 dollars. Here are a couple of posts with some pictures.

I've only had it out once but it worked just fine. I haven't used it enough yet to know how well it will hold up and perform over time but so far so good.

Spend a few more bucks and get a U type tube - you'll never go back!
