Does anyone know where i can get a map or GPS coordinates online for Artifical (to include rigs you can fish next to) and Natural structure out of Port A. and Galveston. Looking at making a few trips out this year....

You can purchase Topspot maps at Academy or Boaters World. These maps have quite a bit of detail and are reasonably priced.

Go to kingfishtackle.com and buy Hiltons Offshore map. They are the best offshore map you will ever find. there is more to offshore fishing than just fishing the Rigs. Try some of the Reefs and Wrecks and you will catch more and bigger fish.
