Saw this Facebook post by Alton tonight along with a pic of a double-digit lunker from Falcon. All I can say is...wow!  And...I guess he ain't scared!!!  " Drop everything and get down here to Lake Falcon just as fast as you can. It's as good as it gets right now. I almost feel guilty for talking about this trip, especially if you live in North Dakota or some other state that doesn't have big bass. Today, we caught 185 bass, best 5 were 45 pounds. The fish in the photo is the only double-digit that I've caught this week. But we've boated 9's a-plenty. What a fantastic fishery!"

I seen Alton fueling his boat up at stripes last night. I knew they would get on them good. Good bytes at falcon write now. My boat had thrre angelers with a 6 pounders coming to the boat at the same tome. A few 7-9 but a lot of 1-3lbrs.

I hate to say it, but it's not as good as it gets yet. Hard to believe, but wait and see if this water keeps dropping. Every time I go it gets better and I thought 2 months ago it could not be any better. Just wait.

and you don't have to be alton jones to do that down there right now, there's alot of peole getting the same results.

Leaving in the morning. Windy, hot, bandits - no worries. My concern is will my tendinitis I got from excessive hooksettimg 4 weeks ago there let me stay in the game! Will post a report if I can lift my arms.

and you don't have to be alton jones to do that down there right now, there's alot of peole getting the same results. +1 find a point with some rocks and deep water near by and catch all the fish you can handle.
