I think tpwd should develop a program to do that set up a ("bait boat") they would really clean up and get rid of these damn thieves or maybe we all should sign a petition that we could get a bill like this passed and put a stop to all this madness

i have an alarm on my boat. i can disable the siren so it just pages me via my remote... I know of a couple other guys using this same feature. One of these bandits will get caught one day, and they will leave in an ambulance (from either tripping on the curb and breaking several bones, or from reaching in thier back pocket and threatening someones life(in a body bag)).
