Hi, I am just starting to get back into fishing since i was a kid. I am wanting to start striper fishing and have no idea what set up i will need, like length of rod, lures, and reel? Any help would be great. I have access to a boat out of highport marina whenever i want it. Also is there a place near there that they bite often? thanks

Add a cast net and hooks and slabs/big spoons to that list also.
it's the crapy days that make the good days that much better!!!

Yes, all of the above. Especially the part about Chris if you are interested in lure fishing. Texoma is a big lake & can frustrate the heck out of you. I fished it for over 10 years growing up until I really felt like I was getting it down. And now I still get humbled more times than I care to admit! Good luck.
