_Hey MO: Excellent! It's hard to tell it's that big from the camera angle and having never met you I have no size comparison to make. 28Lbs 15oz is a Whale of a Snapper for sure!! :eek"

_We are going to have to have an Over Night TFF Snapper Trip this Summer for sure and maybe throw in some Dorado, Wahoo, and King Fishing for grins too!!

I want to make one of those trips with
you guys. I have had some scheduling
conflicts so far. This year I intend to
take my boat out of the lake on June 1st and
spend as much time this summer on the
coast as I can. I got the chum churn, the
fighting belt, the big rods, the wire and
the circle hooks ready. The black tips had
better watch out.
good luck MO

_Hey Mo: Excellent! We'd like to see you join our TFF Offshore Gang!!

_I have had some Aewsome "Black Tips" on off the San Luis Pass area over 6ft in lenght...a bit large for my Bass rigs but fun none the less. Why is it when you set out a 4/0 Penn rig for sharks they hit your smaller Speck and Red rigs??? Man a Black Tip can sure strip off some 20Lb line from a 5600 C-3 Garcia!!

_Good Luck and Better Fishing!!

I thought a 6500 was a good size reel
untill I had it spooled twice in 30 minutes
off surfside. I have some good gear now, I
should be able to handle anything up to
7 ft or so. I would not want to catch anything larger than that anyway.
