Thanks crawler, called them today, they only replace.
Looking to be-bend. I heard there was a place that did this across from Lake Fork marina...Anyone know the name of this place?

Boris Marine in FW did a great job for me. I have a Minn Kota, and I snapped the shaft. They replaced it, and covered most of it under warranty. The bent upper shaft they considered abuse though...LOL
