Guys I have read a lot about the buyback and I have talked to a few shrimpers and the way that shrimping is now I don't think the buyback is really a factor anymore. The shrimpers that are still doing it are starving so I seriously doubt that anyone is going to want a license to start shrimping now. I could be wrong, if anyone knows more about this than me please enlighten me.
