As in 'BIG' shark, what are you referring to? None of the sharks in that video would be anything I would consider big. These are just your average surf run bulls and blacktips. The only big one was the one I broke off...
As for baits for 'average' sharks, ladyfish, bonita chunks, whiting, stingray, jackfish, jackfish chunks, and bluefish - that's what landed the ones in the videos.
Bigger baits = bigger fish most of the times, except when you get a blacktip or bull that is 5-6' that picks it up just right and finds the hook (which happens from time to time).
