Hi all, I'm new to the catfish forum. I usually dont target catfish because when I do I can't seem to catch them, but when ever I try to catch something else I usually catch catfish...Go figure. I'll get get good at it one day. Here's what I'm really here for... Im curious... What out of the ordinary baits you've caught cats on?Stemming from a thread on the Carp forum about using gummi worms I thought I would give it a try and ended up catching these two boogers. No monsters by any mean but there is potential. Heres the link to the thread about gummi's for bait if your interested.

Just this year I switched to cheddar cheese hot dogs sliced and COVERED in garlic salt. Leave em out with some cooking oil over them for about 2-3 days; had pretty good success with them.
