Looking for some friendly help...I know the tourny is this Saturday so I am not asking for any spots or even general location.

I want to fish Saturday but debating on where to go. I don't mind fishing Hubbard and entering the tourny...I have no expectations on winning but don't want to be embarrassed by only turning in 5 fish. Or do I go somewhere else where I know I can limit out....fished Hubbard on Sunday for the first time in a year and only mananged 5 fish....but I have read others found it difficult as well.

Thanks for the input and happy fishing to all!

Head to the rock jetty separating the power plant intake and out take at daylight. You will get your 10 fish with ease. Look for fish blowing up, between the blow ups use crank baits and slabs.

You can try fishing any wind blown points too. I've been doing pretty good in the mornings with the shad spawns.

I am taking odds he stayed home. He was going to fish for meat today for tomorrows cookout but, it sounds like we have enough filets already.
