Go get ya a cast net, and catch some shad or perch, fish and stay away from the liver & stink bait if you want to catch big fish!!!
If you are wanting Blue's use cut shad or cut perch for bait, and if you want a Flat-Head, fish with live perch,
Good Luck to Ya!!!

That 2-3 foot water is where you want to be. Get in wind blown coves/areas, shad will be there and so will the cats.

cut shad in shallow water is excellent right now. fish in close to the shoreline, and farther out to see where the fish are.

there are a bunch of people on here that fish lewisville from the bank and do pretty good ( me being one of them) get ahold of someone and see if they will point you in the right direction!

Chikenfrie, I bankfish Lewisville as well and have done ok. If you don't mind sharing some of your pointers it will be greatly appreciated. By the way, I have a 5-gal bucket of chum ready to go just need to find the time to get on the lake.
