I rode in a new 21 footer not too long ago handled the wind well but narrow and seemed a little unstable side to side compared to other boats I have been in.

I love the way my Legend handles rough water. Is this the rebuttal on an earlier post about legend boats?

The front ends are narrower compared to that of a Ranger or a Skeeter, but that characteristic is what gives it the rough water ride.
With every boat out there, you have to give up one thing to gain another. It's all a dance, they key is finding the parter that is right to you.

Buy a Skeeter i Class, the absolute best ride and most fishable boat I have ever fished out of. If not Skeeter, I would consider a Legend.

My thread got locked. Any idiot could see that I was chapping at the person who decided to pull the plug on the test rides not Legend boats. I find it funny that the OP felt inclined to make a new post defending his boat outside of the original thread.
I am stilling anxiously awaiting a ride in a Legend boat to see what the fuss is about. I fish out of a 1985 Stratos boat with a 200 Mercury. Soaked is how I classify the ride. My best friend just bought a 2009 Skeeter that felt like a Cadillac through the waves. People still talk about the Legend and I want to experience the best. I'd love to experience the real deal.I live in Houston and travel up to Lake Fork every couple of months. If anyone would be so kind as to give me a ride in their Legend I'd happily pay them cash for a 15 minute ride.

As a matter of fact if any of the Legend owners are around the Granbury area I'd love a quick ride.

If anyone is up around Ray Roberts, that wants a demo, I can take you for a ride. Did one yesterday after my trip.
