Heading To Caddo the third week of June. Just wondering how the fishing is that time of year and what usually works.

Frog bite should be good early mornings, then flip scattered trees with anything watermelon-red. I'll be there july 4th weekend. Post an let us know how you do.

If you are not familiar with Caddo,I would give slimsguideservice a call that guy will put you on a good bite and a great guy to fish with great knowledge of the lake and patterns that will catch you fish he posts fishing reports on here frequntly. 318 402 9493

I was out there last weekend. The bite was great on the main lake off the trees when it was sunny on Friday. It was almost too easy. Saturday came with the clouds and cold front and we only boated about 10 bass Saturday with the best being a little over 5 lbs.

Pitch Jigs around cypress trees,watermelon red or black and blue fleck usually works for me.Matter of fact i will be fishing Caddo this friday
