 help me make up my mind once and for all!!

My new Ranger Z521 is on order, but I still am undecided about which Minnkota TM 36 v. to get. Some friends swear by the Minnkota Fortrex 36v TM and others love their Terrova with i pilot 36v TM. Help me out with pros and cons. I fish mainly for bass, prefer deep water, but do frequent the shore line from time to time. Also, what shaft length  would you get for this boat? Thanks. I feel like an old women (no offense) trying to make up my mind about buying some shoes!!

Fourtrex would be my choice, i have one and its seems to be a lot durable and a really solid tm. No problems that i know of and it is very easy to handle with the lift assist.

fifty two inch Fortrex 101....that should be an easy decision. The hard decision is which graphs, SI, power poles, etc. I think electronics companies are trying to match the cost of these new rigs that are being bought. I'd bet that by 2020, new selling price of boats will top 100 grand, if not before. U gotta pay to play....ugh!  Enjoy your new ride!

i would seriously recommend going down to southwest parts or boris and have a little chat with the trolling motor guys behind the counter. Its good to get an expert opinion before making major purchases..well trolling motor would be major for me! Good luck

I am convinced. Goin with the Fortrex 52" shaft. I don't believe you can get i pilot with the Fortrex, at least yet. Thanks for the honest and quick input.
