I missed out this year ,but I remember Fear's tarter sauce from last year. It's Awsome!

I had a good time as well. Thanks for the shad Tom. Whatever voodoo you did with 'em worked out for me. I learned three valuable lessons though...

1. When bank fishing in the wind, wear boots (my shoes were soaked and so were my feet.)
2. My rod holders are terrible. Time to get me some PVC and rebar and make some good ones.
3. My filet knife is junk. I need one like I was using at the filet table. That thing was like a scalpel.

Here's the Broccoli Slaw Recipe:

Combine the following ingredients:

1 package broccoli slaw
4-5 green onions, chopped
2 (3 ounce) packages of chicken flavored Ramen noodles (crushed with a rolling pin)

Combine the following:

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
2 packages of Ramen noodle flavoring

Combine all and chill overnight. Right before serving add: 1/3 cup slivered almonds and 1/3 cup sunflower seeds

that slaw sure was good too!
