Headed to Joe Pool for the first time tomorrow for some bass fishing. Im not a tournament fisherman, any help as to where and what to fish would be greatly appreciated.

Points and trees maybe? There's a bit of timber on the statepark side of the lake in the coves I know the ski boats were out in full force last weekend

Best bassin is south of the belt line rd bridge.Heavy timber,or the humps off the far north of the lake.
