I live across the road and the new owners have really cleaned it up. I hear lots of good stuff from there. You should enjoy it.

you wouldnt happen to know how deep that water is around there would you? I don't know the depth but I spoke with them yesterday and he said the ramp was good and usable. The lake is about 3 feet low.

Yea the lake is 3' feet low, and as far as I know you can still get in and out just fine.
