If you have a keep out area bouyes, can you still cast into that area without putting your boat in the area. Fun fishing or touneyment fishing

Not if it's a swim area. Most others, I think you can fish.

Yes. I use a 15 foot surf rod. sir you are DQ'd for using a rod over 8'

hmmm now that makes it interesting  I can sling a big crank a long ways with a surf rod, I imagine!

A couple of years ago a guy got DQ in a big bass tournament at OH Ivie for do that. Game Warren caught him doing it and gave him a ticket for it and this got the guy DQ'ed

Is there a game law against it? Sense the guy got a ticket I would think there is a law against it, wouldn't you.
