Anyone know how to remove the reel handle side of this reel? I have the screws out but can't get it to release and come apart. Looks like a nut is holding it but can't get the handle off to get to it.

The handle is threaded on. Loosen your star drag, Push in towards the reel and hold it in. While holding the Star drag turn the handle towards you. It should thread right off.

To replace just turn it clockwise (Righty Tighty).

You do have some screws on the other side of that reel too.

My old Patriarch I had to tighten the drag all the way up and turn the handle counter clockwise. Idk about the newer one, try both and see which works for you.
