I think I am going to head down and try my luck with my dad this Saturday morning. Has anyone done good or heard about anyone doing good down there wading in West Bay? Are the jellyfish pretty bad right now?

if your going with your dad, i would suggest using a boat. west bay is filled with potholes, stingrays, and other stingy beasts. if you must wade fish, go out to texas city, fish along mosquito island, wear pants because of the jellies, but the bottom is alot cleaner with less potholes. good luck
