...I can't see your bent elbows while posing with your catch, it was just a nice 3#-er. Sorry, but these rules are effective immediately. Blame the guys who hold their catch with arms fully extended to make the fish look bigger (and also use a 'fish eye' lens).

Notice the overwhelming response to agree?
Everyone tells stories and bends the truth a bit.
It's part of fishing.

I'll let my very big friend Bandy know his record size fish was a 3 pounder THANKS!

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know when to go fishing.

What if someone is faced with such a condition to where his elbows cannot bend?

Better yet why do you really care what someone says a fish weighs? You can't always see the thickness and girth of them in pictures anyhow. I have seen pix of 7-8lbers I have caught and weighed end up looking way smaller but yet I have had 5lbers look much bigger in a picture.
Is there an award you are giving out for the most honest picture? Is there a prize we should know about? Were you elected as the official "fish weight credibility guy"? Is your own fishing so bad that you lose sleep over something so silly as a fish weight? thumb
Relax, have fun and be happy for the next guy. Its just fishing and does not have to be so serious.

Before we can accept your rules for fish pictures, we have to see your certification as the official "Hall Monitor" for fish pictures on the TFF. You have 30 minutes to provide the certification or your rule will be null and void............ stir

Sorry, Mark. I have NO LIFE. So all I have to do anymore is stay up at night and worry about stuff like this. In my sleep depraved state, I actually reasoned to myself I'd be filling a void since no one else seems to take this matter seriously. I had not thought of giving out awards or prizes, but I'd have to sit outside Brookshires on weekends soliciting donations to raise funds for said prizes. I was not elected to the Fish Weight Credibility Czar, but I think that is only because I have no friends, the people that do know me hate my guts and the ones that don't usually welcome me as much as the guy who walks around with his pants unzipped (I didn't do that on purpose, I SWEAR!) so no one would vote for me to be the FWCC. And finally, I'D LOVE to 'relax, have fun and be happy', but my meds aren't working! And yes, I usually lose more lures than catch fish! Dang it!
