Well as many of you know, we are on our feet for the majority of our fishing trips. Just curious on how many people actually focus on their feet, i.e. shoes. Any particular shoe brands that remain more comfortable for the long run?

What kind of shoes? Personally I rock Nike Reax 3's. They keep me comfortable on the bank no matter the circumstance.

Barefoot or Ecco slides in summer. Danner or Ecco boots in winter.

if you spend most of your time bank fishing I would suggest a "good" pair of hiking shoes that give your feet stability and traction on rough terrain like rocks.

Merrills are what I wear in hiking shoes... they are a little pricey but really comfortable and last a long time.

for a boat, sandels, running shoes etc... something cool light with a little grip on the carpet.

Ariat is the most comfortable hiking boot I've ever worn, and lightweight. BPS Sandals on the boat.
