Facebook is like a soap opera

TFF is more like the history channel meets DIY

IMO Facebook is for people who thinks the world revolves around them for some reason. Evidently that is a very high percentage of our population. You will never catch me on it period. I believe it is a useful tool for promotion of product or services, but other than that it is all irrelevant in my book. Maybe i am a little old fashion in my ways or something or am just "missing" something, but I don't care what u are doing every second of the day. If I did I would simply call you and ask. To each is own I guess. Just my opinion on the topic.

My facebook involves female drama of the humankind... if it were only 100lb bass fighting against the heaviers than the human females... I'd probably spend more time on facebook!

I Facebook and follow guys like Alton Jones, GMAN, Dean Rojas, Aaron Martins, and many other professional fishermen. Some of them post daily and give great insight to tournament fishing.

The farting and feminine side of facebook gets ignored.

facebook does have other uses.....and this is just an fyi type of post...not meant to ruffle feathers or call anyone out...

Back last August (2010) my son was diagnosed with leukemia...facebook has allowed me to keep both friends and family involved in his progress and post news about his treatments and such. The time this has saved calling everyone on the phone has been a positive.....plus we can post photos and relay info you just can't do over the phone.

Personally I have caught up with friends I had lost from high school and from my time in the Navy. Are some of the posts you read worthless?? Yes....but I've been around bass fishing discussion sites for years and I've seen my share of worthless posts on them also....heck I've made more than a few I suppose...ha ha.
