There are the ramps at the marina. As soon as you get off the ferry, take a left. I believe there are four ramps, two deep and two shallow. That is the only one I know of.

If you are asking about more launch places like Shamrock Cove, that is the only one that I am aware of in the area.

As far as ramps and launch sites go in general, almost every marina and bait store on either cause-way has a launch of some kind and there are good, free ramps and facilities at both Conn Brown Harbor in Aransas Pass and the Harbor in Port Aransas. Just depends on where you want to fish and how far you are willing to run.
