The post-spawn fish are going to start feeding up pretty soon. I'll be fishing a lake that is known to have a big frog bite then. I like the Spro brand baits and the BigFoot. Dark colors seem best to me. What frog do you fish?

I used a yellow magic this past Saturday and caught a few nice ones, I love this time of year.

If you could only throw one top water bait all summer, what would it be?? Frog, chatterbait, buzzbait?

I would definitely throw a yellow magic. Its been my #1 topwater producer for a while now. Ive tried other baits and some times they work. This is always my best producer though.

yellow magic is a great bait, but I'm really looking for feedback on the mighty frog baits out there.

FROGS! back on topic (sorry for going off topic).

I like the Academy h2o frogs. I didnt realize they made a 1/4oz sized hollow one until this past sat. I picked up a couple. I can really see them shining in high pressure situations when the fish just swat at the larger frogs.
