This is my first post! I will be going to Hord's Creek tomorrow and I was wondering if anyone had been there recently. I will be fishing from the bank and I heard its low, any advice?

Thanks!

I've only fished it once. Fished the back of a cove (the one next to the northeast boat ramp) on the north side of the lake, with a strong south wind. Did good catching channel cats on cork rigs with shad and cheese dip bait, think it was catfish charlie.

Total Number of Fish Species Caught: 81 (19 on the fly)
States Fished: 7
Countries Fished: 6

My last trip there, fishing with my family a ways up in the creek all in under an hour, we landed and then cleaned exactly 106 crappie. But that was 44 years ago this Spring...so, sorry, my report is kinda dated, but very true.
