The lake is about 9ft low...The 180 bridge ramp is the best ramp, although there is only one lane that is usable, but its fine to launch...The best place to stay is,The Ridge Motel in Breckenridge...have a great time I love the lake...

We knocked them out on buzzbaits yesterday. Not any giants but lots of 2 to 3 lbs and a couple over. It was a blast

Send Stompy a PM if your looking for a great place to stay!! He has a goregous place and all your gear will be safe plus covered parking if the weather is bad. He's also pretty good company too!

The lake should have caught some water from the storms yesterday.

We went over the lake at lunch today. The lake did not catch any water. It is going to take a lot more than 1" of rain to bring it up any. It has dropped about 4" in the past 3 weeks. All of the stock tanks on the watershed have to fill up before it is going to catch much water. We need about a 6" none stop rain to the south of the lake to do that. Fishing is good though!
