Hey guys, I recently picked up two batteries, not sure on the group size but they are the largest deep cycles I could find (13in wide). 1x Walmart $75 18 month warranty (blue color MAXX Marine)- says 125 Amp Hours
1x Deep cycle Stowaway from Academy $60, 12 month warranty says 160 reserved capacity (RC)
As I read it RC is number of minutes @25amp load so to get amp hours you take (160min * 25 amps)= 4,000amp minutes 4,000/60 = 66.67 amp hours
Both of these batteries are the same physical size - is there somethign wrong with these calculations or is the Walmart battery that much better?
I mainly run a 12v minnkota edge 55lb on my 16ft boat and wanted to calculate run time until batteries are 50% discharged.
