What a gorgeous day. The fishing was great. Me and my Dad (Mark Parker - Texas Guide Fishing) Caught easy limits on the hybrids (C&R) and easy limits on the white bass (C&R) and boy was it nice not getting pounded by the wind.

Will be fishing Richland Chambers for the first time tomorrow. Any advice you can give would help as to where to start, etc.

Lunkers,

First and foremost - especially this time of year watch for working birds. Throw a sassy shad. Depending on the depth either throw it out and work it back in without letting the bait fall/sink. If you're in deeper water, once you throw it out - let it sink a few seconds. I'll usually count to five.

If it's overcast the birds will work off and on all day long. If it's sunny, it's typical that they only work in the morning and evening.

If you can't find working birds - use your fish finders and work main lake points and humps.

Good Luck

Give me a call if you need my services.
