What did he hit that could damage fiberglass? I am not seeing the point of neverf buying a used boat because someone drives over that.

well maneuvered jaunt thru the jungle, if ya wanna see (or hear) folks tear-up boats, chill out in the beautiful saltwater bays of texas and watch the newbies tear up thier 40k stuff every weekend, oyster banks, rock piles and pier pilings - scary stuff.

Reckon how he's gonna feel when he catches one under the waterline that won't bend out of his way? I give him credit for being ballsy but I hate to see equipment being abused no matter what it is... I'm with you. For many many years I built engines and drag raced up and down the east coast but it still makes me cringe when I see someone beating the hell out of something. I've broken in megabucks motors on the dyno tuning for an hour and gone straight to Rockingham to qualify but when I see a car put in a "burnout contest" I still cry a bit on the inside. I feel the same way about this boat. Cover is one thing, using it for a lawnmower is a bit much.
