John and I found some nice ones today fishing timber from 4' to 10' deep. All but 1 were females. They would hit anywhere from 3' under the surface to just off the bottom. All were caught on blk/chart rocky tops.
Brought home 13.

Good mess of fish for a windy day.

Very nice. I love those rocky tops for jigging piles that are deep or deep in the slips in the summer.

Great job and good mess.

Very nice! Were they spawned out? Or did they still have eggs.

Huminah. Huminah. No strike outs. However, I do see a few butterball crappie in your box!

Very nice indeed.

They all still had healthy eggs, some were more full than others.
Anthony , we ought to get out sometime this year and see what kind of damage we can do to em.
