Another cool and windy morning. I did manage to catch quite a few today, but they were mostly dinks. I caught several doubles, but most of the time both fish together wouldn't make a keeper! I would have to keep the boat perfectly still to catch anything today.

It was a good day overall, just couldn't find enough big ones that were hungy. Maybe I can find some this evening if the wind is not too bad, or otherwise I will try some catfish at the boat slip.

Missed ya. We were way south. Clients caught nice magnums on traps in 4-8' fishing windy points. One 4 pound hybrid. Best fish this season. Thanks for the trap tip.

I was headed south, but I just had a feeling so I stopped at the boat club and never made it past there.

One of these days, I will pull a hybrid out of Eagle Mountain!

I think I have used traps more this year then I ever have.

I've never seen a hybrid on EM until this year. I've pulled a 4.5 a 5.3 and a 6.2 out unexpectedly. All three were on cut shad catfishing. hammer

Maybe that's what I need to do, start catfishing for Hybrids!
