 Best Fish of the Year "For Me"

My dad and i hit the big pond yesterday with the mindset of catching large fish. We used live pearch 4 to 6 inches and whole shad that were around the 8 inch range. Did well with 7cats smallest was about 6lb and largest was 22lb. had to use my phone to take this photo of the 22lb-er. Sometime wish i was a little guy cuz it would make the fish look much bigger

nice lookin fish, but your right... sure dont look like 22# ill send my wife down there to whip your [censored]! hahahaha i know what ya mean chris, all my fitches look so much smaller in my hands and then my buddy whos about a foot shorter than me holds em and they look like monsters

when taking a pic with a fish put your hand under the belly instead of covering up the side of the fish with that hand and they always look bigger.

Don't feel bad my bass often get under-judged because I'm 6'2. Awesome fish man you definately dwarf all of my catfish. I had a catfish one time out of a private "pond" that had a mouth that was about 8 inches across. Got it about 6 inches out of the water then SNAP! Gone. Congrats on a beautiful fish. Don't worry if you make the fish look small, it is still an amazing fish!
