Passing over Ray Hubbard this morning headed to work and I see wrapped boats all over the place. Some trolling around on the lake, the gas stations and Denny's. Really wish I could take the whole week off just to follow them around to see how they approach fishing the lake. After all of these years, I still don't know how to.

Agreed. Since they all have side scan, probably brush piles, rocks and marina docks like everyone else

outdoor therapy said he passed by the queen and it was full of spectator boats!!

DONT YOU GUYS WORK??? LOL!!

The weather is gonna throw these guys a curveball.. the lake fishes the best in the worst weather. the nice days really shut the fish down on hubbard... speaking from an amatuer point of view(very amatuer at that)LOL! ... so yes, i would REALLY like to see how they react when that happens on a nice day.. those fish go somewhere and they still have to eat(survival).

Got to fish with Alton Jones marketing guy this weekend and just hearing how they break down lakes and prefish is crazy.

I'm with you Ronnie, if its a blue bird day no wind I'm curious to see what they bring.

I'll more than likely be out there enjoying watching some Pros fish the lake that's closest to me. I'm going to try and be out there all 3 days.. Even my girlfriend wants to go on Saturday... I'm looking forward to meeting a few of you guys there.

If someone wants me to help them buy one of these lake homes on Lake Ray Hubbard before Thursday gets here.. we could just have a party and watch it from there! grin

"PAA All Star Series
April 21-23
Garland, Texas

The inaugural Bass Pro Shops PAA All Star Series kicks off in April on Lake Ray Hubbard in Garland, east of Dallas.

Fifty of the top professional bass fishermen in the world will be invited to participate in this star-studded tournament. The host site will be the Bass Pro Shops in Garland on Lake Ray Hubbard, providing the anglers and fans easy access to the lake, weigh-in and facilities for three days of fun and excitement.

Invited pros include the top 44 anglers from the final points standings of the 2010 Bass Pro Shops PAA Tournament Series presented by Carrot Stix, the top Legends qualifier from those standings, the defending 2010 champions of the B.A.S.S. Bassmaster Classic and FLW Outdoors Forrest Wood Cup championships, and the 2010 Bassmaster Angler of the Year and the FLW Tour Angler of the Year.

Lake Ray Hubbard and Bass Pro Shops in Garland will be terrific venues for the anglers and fans in this super event, said Danny Blandford, PAA Program Director. Its a one-stop location, with lakeside docking and weigh-in facilities, a great Bass Pro Shops, various entertainment and dining options and a top fishery.

Were excited to be returning to Garland and look forward to this being the first of many first PAA All Star Series events. Its been a goal of the PAA since its inception to provide anglers with no-entry fee tournaments and this is the first step to achieving that goal.

The City of Garland Convention and Visitors Bureau is the official host."

I'm going to have to disagree with you on that one. I have very, very little evidence personally that the fish in that lake ever open their mouths to eat.

Back on topic, I was really hoping to get out there one day to see these guys, but it doesn't look like that's going to happen.
