Freezzn my ??? of here in Missouri. Heading to SP in a few weeks. Looking for any info on reliable guides/charters for both inland & offshore fishing. What normally bites down there mid to late feb ? Thanks !!

i was there a couple weeks ago and the trout bite was good.i went out one day w/capt Gencho Buitureira and had fun and caught some nice fish send me a email if you want his #.do you have waders?if so i found a couple spots to wade and did ok on the trout.
