Very nice fish! I went to a pond close to my place last night and the wind was horrible! Had to drag my worm across the bottom to find the weed beds along the wind blown banks and came out with a couple. Here is our best from last night. (My 6yr old son was taking the pics, so my face and the fish's tail are cut off haha)

Nice fish, since I am still learning( been 3 days since I learned ) I am still having to see them on the beds or protecting the fry to be able to get them, it is definitely addicting catching them, especially when they explode on the surface when you are bringing them in.

Yeah, I really didn't get into bass fishing until middle of last year. I'm still learning a lot about it, mostly from reading these forums and talking to people out there fishing. Sometimes it's extremely frustrating when you can't figure out a pattern, but when you do finally figure out a different way to catch them or a different bait to use, it just builds your confidence up that much more.

Thanks for the compliment, the pics were taken with my phone, wasn't easy trying to hold the phone, focus and hold the fish, probably looked pretty stupid if anyone was watching grin

Yeah, all of mine are phone pics too. It's awkward holding a phone and taking pics of something in your hand. I usually don't post a lot of mine either...because of the same thing. Like my son told me last night though when i was trying to get him to take the pictures with my phone "I just want the fish in the picture, that's the most important thing." Haha

That pond use to be really good fishing. I still go there quite a bit but try not to due to all the little punks running around with air soft guns and shooting the ducks. Ive caught a 5.12 and a 7 lber out of there.

Yeah, I've been fishing there lately since it's really close to my place. It's not too bad early in the morning or later in the evening. It did take me a few trips down there to figure out what all the green beads on the sidewalks were....until I saw the kids down there shooting each other with them.
