Started out with yellow magic and square bills, cloudy with 10 15 mph winds. You had to work to get bit.
8am-4pm
1st fish 6.67 top water bait.
2nd fish 3.32 light c rig
3rd fish 5.76 3/8 jig (color Watermelon)
4th fish Lucas Lures swim bait, with weighted hook.2.12
5th fish 5.89 drop shot. Robo worm
6th fish 7.67 chatter bait with LFT magic shad trailer.
7th fish 5.01 same jig
8th fish 3.45 rattle trap sexy shad
9th fish 3.04 same jig.
That was all day fishing; we did not stop for lunch, just moved around from the ramp at fiddlers to the back of caney.
Saw some males shallow but water was a little dirty from all of the wind.
Timber is where the bite is for us, 1st set of stick -ups out from the bank.
