still confused about catagories. 5 unders + 1 over = 6. if lmb (no spots ) wouldn't this be over limit??? or do you only fish one catagory ?

This is a team event, so no, six fish isn't over the limit.
You cull your best 5 unders, and your best 1 over.
Then bring them to the weigh in.
You will weigh your 5 unders together as your stringer.
Then the 1 over will be weighed by itself (if you have one and are entered in big bass pot).
Any more questions let me know.

Anyone need a partner? I have no boat ( at least not working ). Have fished this tournament a few years back in the winter months. Very fun event and everyone seems to have a good time.
Let me know by shooting me a message or emailing me at airxsteel@hotmail.com.
Will help on gas, as I know it is out of control.

Will help on gas, as I know it is out of control. On Wednesday there was a guy up there looking for a back seater. He ended up fishing by himself. I don't want to tell you for sure, but some weeks there are one or two guys thgat show up with their boat and don't have a partner. So you may be able to find one right before the tournament. If you're in Waxahachie that's a little bit of a drive just to maybe go back home but I thought i'd let you know.

Hey Thanks for the tip! I work in Cedar Hill so it isn't that bad if I leave right after work. Maybe about 15 minutes from the boat ramp. I may give it a shot.

Good luck to ya KingFisher.
Looks like it may rain late this evening, but we are still on for tonight so far.
I will post otherwise if anything changes.
