So, I ordered a few things last week and it all came in fast and as ordered. I also received a 2nd package that contained 6 dirty jigs that I did not pay for. I emailed them to let them know and they asked for the shipping details of who it should have gone to. At the end of it they said I can keep them. Cool! Maybe next time it will be a Talon or a power pole the mistakenly ship to me. LOL

I'll take those dirty jigs if you don't want them.  I have yet to have a negative experience with Tacklewarehouse.

Yeah, they're the first online store I check anytime I need anything. Excellent service.

Tackle Warehouse just started stocking my product a few months ago, and I've got to say they are equally great to work with behind the scenes as they are online.....1st class operation all the way around!

I just dropped a bill earlier this morning on their website. Nothing but positive experiences on past orders and that free shipping with $50 purchase is hard to beat!

I also made a big order from them 2 weeks ago. I qualified for the $5 two day shipping becuase I spent more that $50. After I made my order I realized I forgot something so I went back to the website and ordered the other item. The 2 day shipping for that item was going to be $12 which I decided to pay so I would have all the items at the same time. Later that day I sent TW an email asking to have the two orders combined so I would save the extra $12 shipping cost. That email was sent on a Sunday afternoon and I didnt expect to get a response till the next business day, but....there was someone there on a Sunday and they were happy to combine the order and refund my $12.
That type of customer service will keep me coming back for years to come!
