this is the penalty for killing rattles in texas
will keep that in mind next time i come across a timber rattler

Yeah pretty sure that was NOT a timber rattler. So I was well within my right to kill him. He's just lucky I didn't decide to eat him too.

Even if it were a timber rattler....if it's near my house....he'll be a headless timber rattler.

I took this video of around 10 turkey hens in southlake crossing the road.

They have lots of bones but taste quite like chicken.I prefer them deep fried, but whats not good deep fried.

i would have killed it to i was not saying you should not have. I hate snakes and think the only good snake is a dead snake

I just gonna ballpark this so here goes:

A person breaks into your house, you kill him you get off
A Rattler comes into your backyard, endangering your kids, you kill it, your fined and go to Jail.

Hell, Is it just me or did I miss something here, guess I'm going to jail

That's about the way it is. If we'd all get out and vote and get thees POS Liberals out of Austin and DC things just mite change for the good. And if that don't work than I say we all march on Washington and take em all out and start over.
