When I said, no stretch. I mean very little. I have to disagree with some, from what I have read about fluorocarbon is much less stretch than mono. Look ST your hook after a hookset with Fluoro, it will be bent out some. Fluoro has more stretch than mono it just rebounds 1000x faster like a rubber band.

So, after reading all that, seems like we may be wasting a lot of money buy Fluorocarbon since it cost a lot more than Mono. Maybe its time to consider switching back........

The red label is just as good and at half the price of the Invis-X. I went to that and it works just fine. I've been a Seaguar fanatic for a long time.

Seaguar Invis-X is the first floro I've ever used...how the heck do you guys keep it from getting memory? I've got line butter and try and lube it up at least once a week (use the reel once or twice a week), and it's still coiled up like a champ. Is that just expected of floro? Should I just expect to have to respool every month?
@kes - I think the abrazx is the red label seaguar bullet20XrD and other are talking about in this thread.

Switch to braid with a fluoro leader. Should solve the problems you have with fluoro.
You know the old saying
If it floats, flys, or f___s it is always cheaper to rent!
You have to decide which is more important.

First to some of these posters...if you haven't broken flouro you haven't fished it enough. On short line applications it isn't great with little stretch. Normally you will have to go up at least 5lbs to keep from breaking so much.
I have been using copoly and flouro coated lines a lot more. Best of both worlds and not near as many breaks on a short line. These type lines will last longer on the spool than straight flouro that will bust at every kink. Also they will save you a lot of $. I still use flouro as well as mono but flouro for everything sure isn't the best choice for me.
