Echo makes a indoor practice casting tool and I realy like it. I got mine at the local Backwoods store.
The swings the thing, the tugs the drug!!

Gib: Go down to Tackle Box Outfitters http://www.tackleboxoutfitters.com/(on New Braunfels in Alamo Heights) and ask for Bruce Young. Tell him Mick sent you. Ask him if he could spare a few minutes to help you with your casting. I'm sure he will oblige. PS (He's also a master fly tyer, so if you have tying questions, Bruce can help you with those, too.)

I always stop in to see Bruce before starting any new adventure or headed to new waters, If he is not to busy he will go out of his way to be helpful and will pick out fly materials and sit there and show you how to tie new flies. He definitely knows what he's doing so If I were you I'd go talk to him
