Well, we all do things in our life that we are proud of. Then we do things in our life that down right surprise us. Well, below is a video of the "surprise" kind. Yep, the Texas Triple. If you haven't already heaard the story, we had 2 days in a row of fishing back in early February that were unbelievable. Day 1. Never left shallow water. Fish bit on cut shad, cut perch and even cut drum. We caught 15 fish over 40lbs, of those 15, we had 3 sets of doubles, two of which were both in the 50's. We were forturnate enough to get some of the catches on video. All fish were released to fight another day. Day 2. Again, never left the shallow water. This day the fish did not bite as good. However at 8:30a.m. something happened that probably I will never EVER do again and that we call the "Texs Triple." Sychronized within 20 seconds of each other, all three of these fish...57, 55 and a 50 hit. Somehow, we managed to land all three of these fish and even more...get the entire thing on video. Oh, and to have my dad expereience the entire 2 days with me was just perfect. He had the time of his life, just like I did. Of the hundreds of days we have fished together...this one was the best. Sit back, relax and enjoy...and remember, release the big ones to fight another day.

Man Oh Man Oh Man.....  One of these days I would love to fish that body of water and get some of that action.. Great video and thank you for sharing it, if that dont get you motivated to wet a hook.... Laterz, dafanman

I think the fog got too bad gotta luv it... So , why were you not fishing that spot for Cabellas??? I think the fog moved in and they couldn't find it, if you will notice in that second picture it is getting pretty thick!!!
