Public ramp off of 276.
It will be on the north side of 276 right before you go over the bridge.

Watch Bass Champs this week. McCalmont is fishing Twok. I've never fished the lake, but man it looks so good on TV.

McCalmont is fishing in areas you cant get into right now wink

the lake is 3.5' low, i believe. the public ramp at the 276 bridge on the west end should be ok.

Well that stinks! I've never seen so much natural cover to fish. Fish were literally in 6 inches of water.
McCalmont seems like a cool guy. Really gets pumped up. Is he an owner of the Bass Champs Organization or just the producer of the show??

State park. Cheap enough and probably the safest.

if you keep your livewell water deeper than 10 inches the fish will prob need to be fizzed at weigh in... lol

state park is best protected launch; the 276 launches can be a bear if the wind's blowing hard from the wrong direction

429 marina is a good place. I can't remember what they charge for the boat ramp, but it was reasonable. Great place for weigh-ins

Hey Slim285 - we will see you Saturday!

As a matter of fact I do fish like a girl!

Shopping with my husband is like fishing with the game warden!

Fish shallow.
Like said before.
6 inches is not to shallow.
Deeper than 3 feet and you are stripper fishing.
