What's been working great at Falcon is t-rigged with a bullet weight -- been catching a bunch of big fish lately.

What kinda water you fishing ? Super Flukes are very versatile and can be fished many different ways depending on the circumstances. I probably go through more Flukes than any other bait. Here's just a few examples. On deck for tomorrow on Sam Rayburn.
All these are rigged on a 4/0 Owner Wide gap.
Swivel rig - Just a #5 barrel swivel tied about 10 inches above the Fluke. Good for very shallow presentation around grass bushes, etc. The swivel helps it sink a bit, but still has alot of action.
Split shot - same as above but with a small split shot instead of a swivel in case it gets windy or the fish are a little deeper.
Carolina rig- fish it deeper. 8-25 feet.
As a trailer on a chatterbait or Swim Jig.
In the fall or when the fish are chasing, I'll usually twitch, twitch pauese. In the spring or when the fish are not as active. Deadstick it like a Senko.
Hope this helps.

Be fishing em at Fork. Where are they best fished at?? Stumps, grass, rocks??
I have heard of the split shot method before, may give that a try, and the weightless.

You can use solder to weight hooks any way you like. Wrap solder around the hook then place a small section of heat shrink tubing over the solder and heat to shrink. I use a heat gun which shrinks the tubing and melts/bonds the solder. You can get the small diameter solder and heat gun at Harbor Freight.
For the Mag Fluke try a weighted Frog hook. Owner Screw Lock weighted hooks have a spring that screws into the nose of the bait.. it comes thru grass and brush well without tearing up the bait. You can buy these hooks without weight and add it where ever you like with the solder.

I fish em mainly weightless sometimes with a weighted hook. I have also found that it is good to look for a spot you think a bass might be and cast to it. Alot of time they will take it on the initial sink so you really have to watch your line. After I let it sink I use the twitch, twitch method. After reading on here though I'm very curious about trying one texas rigged!
