I can't load my boat straight on this roller trailer to save my tail. This is my first roller trailer and i have prob loaded and unloaded this boat several hundred times. I have moved the rear guide boards in to where they actually rub the boat and i still cant get it right The hull goes to the side of the front roller almost every time. I have tried loading shallow, loading deep and everywhere inbetween. Does anybody have any ideas?
I have owned many boats and trailers over the years and can say without bragging that i can load a boat with the very best of them. I fish alone for the most part and more times then not i can back down the ramp unload, dock and pull my pickup out of the way before the guy and his partner that backs down the ramp next to me at the same time is ready to park his pickup Once again not bragging im just stressing i don't feel this is operator error. This is a Shorelander trailer that came with the boat when it was new and i am not interested in winching the boat on the trailer which so far has been proven to be the most effective. Thanks in advance.
Chuck

Next time you unload the boat. Take a tape measure and do some X measurements. Like from the Starboard rear to the bow eye and fromthe Port Rear to the bow eye. This is to make sure the trailer is square, Then do it from each pivot point of each roller assy. to the bow eye. It may just be needing to get in alignment. I have a 27' and a roller trailer. Blind in one eye and drunk, my boat goes dead nut to the bow eye, no problem. So I think you have a set of rollers that is misguiding your approach.
