welcome to the site, im not much of a poster on this site but more of a lurker, edna is right by lake texanna, theres some good fishing there. not far from the coast also. I live in bay city so I do a lot of salt water fishing. for sharks, reds, trout, jacks, flounder. but i also fish in my friends ponds for bass, and fish other lakes for bass, crappie, and catfish.

Thanks.. it is good to be back! I do not have a boat at this time.. so I have to beg friends to take me. wink Usually it doesn't require me to get on my knees .. but I have been known to beg in order to go fishing. laugh YES... I do know how to filet fish.. I can even cook them in a way that will make you want to slap your sister!!!! laugh laugh laugh

If you wanna catch some big fish the red fish are running right now, and the flounder should be running very soon, so surf poles and get out your gigs. Might hit up gorda after swim pratice tommorow and if the surf isent up to the dunes mad .
