Boy Fork sure fishes alot different without grass. Without grass that lake is going to change totally. Better start looking for structure....

Just saying

Kinda obvious - I was just making a comment. I caught alot more fish out of 20ft of water this weekend, on structure, than I did in 2ft...and a big part of that is....there's no grass.

Zeeter can you point me in the direction of some timber or docks on Fork? Or are those spots secret?

Man there is a lot of timber north of the dam, as for docks, instead of looking for coots like with grass, just look for blondes in bikinis. The docks usually heat up the fastest and I tend to catch more fish around these. Maybe because I fish a little slower.

We I know I didn't see any chicks in bikinis on docks....I would have fished then thouroughly!! Maybe that's my problem...I'm looking for cover when I should be looking for "less covered" girls.

I see Zeeter is rubbing off on you! rolfmao

Grass is great on that lake, but I would much rather have structure. The fish on Fork relate more to ditches and creeks than they do grass in my opinion. While grass is good out there, when you find it, you can catch way more fish off structure out there.
