We had 21 teams Saturday-4/2/2011 .

1st place was Ronnie Kelley & Coy Spencer 24.30lbs w/8.61 BB
2nd place Bruce Brown & Keith Williamson 23.52lbs w/ 10.56lb BB
3rd place Kenny James & Darwin Cooley 20.87lbs
4th place Clay Martin & Adam Forbis 16.70lbs
5th place Joel Wood & Jeff Jones 15.91lbs

Big Bass: Bruce Brown & Keith Williamson 10.56lb. That is a hawg! Ronnie & Coy had a 8.61lb bass that would have weighed in at 9.61lb but it regurgitated a 1-lb Gizzard Shad in his weigh in bag. shocked

Congratulations on the win to Ronnie Kelley & Coy Spencer! Bruce Brown and Keith Williamson also fished in the Rita Cox Tournament on Tyler the same day and won their tournament and got 2nd in ours. Congratulations Guys! Thanks for fishing with us.

Glad Jeff had this deal. Is he going to do one every month?

We are trying to have one every month. We are also trying to schedule them around the other tournaments this time of year and not interfere with theirs. We have talked about having them through the summer but we may have them earlier like 5 am-noon or something along those lines, when it gets hot outside. I would also like to have some in the Fall after the Tyler Ford/Fisher's of Men open because there is not very many team tournaments on Lake Tyler in the Fall.

You did very well Saturday, Congrat's on the win.

Good Lord willing. I heard the winds going to blow 20. But that's the 7 day forecast I'm sure it will change 10 times until then.

We are flexible. What hours would you like to have them? 6 to 2pm, 6 to 3pm or ? We can do whatever hours the majority of you want to fish. I was thinking 5 to 12 to make it easier on the fish in the summer and also you guys fishing in it. I don't like to see dead fish. I guess we could do the 6am to 3pm and if somebody had a big fish or one that wasn't looking very healthy we could weigh them in at anytime. Let me know what you guys think.
